Journey to Health and Wellness is a private practice with an initiative to improve our community's health outcomes. By working in Lorain County, I have had the opportunity to speak with many community members throughout the last 12 years. I have learned that many patients like a local community-based health care team. After having the privilege of serving other healthcare industries, I felt empowered to bring a unique approach to our community health needs. Journey to Health and Wellness encompasses my belief that a personal relationship with patients allows for an individualized journey to their health. Journey to Health and Wellness focuses on providing value-based care, allowing the patient to feel heard and genuinely cared for. It provides flexibility to accommodate our patient's individual needs.
